Tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives your package. Updates can also pause temporarily while a shipment is in transit between carrier facilities.
Haven’t received your tracking information?
Tracking details are sent after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier. If your order has passed the estimated processing window and you still have not received tracking information, please contact us with your order number.
